فى إطار حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على تعزيز مجالات التعاون العسكرى مع الدول الشقيقة والصديقة ، إلتقى الفريق / محمود فؤاد عبد الجواد قائد القوات الجوية بالفريق أول / تشانغ دينغ تشيو قائد القوات الجوية الصينية بمدينة بكين تلبيةً للدعوة المقدمة من الجانب الصينى .
تضمن اللقاء مناقشة الموضوعات ذات الإهتمام المشترك ، وفتح آفاق جديدة بين القوات الجوية لكلا البلدين من خلال التعاون والشراكة الإستراتيجية فى العديد من المجالات وعلى رأسها التدريب والتصنيع المشترك ونقل التكنولوجيا المتقدمة .
كما إلتقى قائد القوات الجوية على هامش الزيارة بكل من نائب رئيس أركان القوات الجوية الصينية ، ومدير إدارة التعاون للمعدات والتكنولوجيا بالجيش الصينى ، ورئيس مجلس إدارة شركة (كاتيك) الصينية ، والرئيس التنفيذى لشركة (نورينكو) الصينية ، كما قام بزيارة لقاعدة تانجين الجوية ، وشاهد عرضاً جوياً بالطائرات المقاتلة طراز ( J-10 C ) الذى نفذه فريق العروض الجوية الصينية ( AUGUST 1 ) .
Commander of the Air Force Meets His Chinese Counterpart
As part of the Armed Forces General Command keenness to enhance areas of military cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries, Air Force Commander, Lieutenant General/ Mahmoud Foaad Abdel Gawad, met with Star General/ Chang Dingqiu, Commander of the Chinese Air Force, in Beijing upon an invitation from the Chinese side.
The meeting included discussions on topics of mutual interest and opened new prospects between the Air Forces of both countries through cooperation and strategic partnership in several areas, notably training, joint manufacturing, and advanced technology transfer.
During the visit, the Air Force Commander also met with the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Chinese Air Force, the Director of Equipment and Technology Cooperation Management at the Chinese Army, the Chairman of the Board of CATIC, and the CEO of NORINCO. He also visited Tangshan Air Force Base and witnessed a flying display featuring J-10 C fighter aircraft performed by the Chinese August 1st Aerobatic Team.
