التقى الوزير بسفير سنغافورة بالقاهرة، لمناقشة تعزيز التعاون لزيادة الحركة السياحية الوافدة من سنغافورة لمصر، ومناقشة المشاركة في المعرض السياحي ITB آسيا بسنغافورة، وإقامة معارض أثرية مؤقتة في سنغافورة، بما يساهم في الترويج للحضارة المصرية ولمنتج السياحة الثقافية.
وخلال اللقاء، تم بحث فرص الاستثمار السياحي في مصر وخاصة الفندقي، وأهمية تعزيز الاستثمارات المشتركة في كلا البلدين في هذا المجال.⁩
The Minister met with the Singaporean Ambassador to Cairo to discuss enhancing cooperation to increase incoming tourism from Singapore to Egypt.
The also discussed Egypt’s participation in the ITB Asia tourism exhibition in Singapore, and holding temporary archaeological exhibitions in Singapore, which contributes to promoting the Egyptian civilization and its cultural tourism product.
Furthermore, tourism investment opportunities in Egypt, especially hotels, were discussed, and the importance of enhancing joint investments in this field.
