ان جامعة الموصل مؤسسة تعليمية تتلقى تعليماتها من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وتقف بمسافة واحدة من الجميع ولاسبيل للاستجابة الى اي جهة اخرى في سير مسيرتها العلمية وليس لها اي ارتباط مع جهات امنية وحزبية وانها تثمن التضحيات المقدسة لقواتنا الامنية البطلة وابطال الحشد الشعبي في تحرير العراق عامة ومدينتنا الحبيبة على وجه الخصوص وتعتبر جامعتنا داعمة وراعية ابوية لكل ابناء المجتمع العراقي العزيز وستبقى منارة للعلم وحاضنة للنسيج الاجتماعي
الرحمة والخلود لشهدائنا الابرار ونسال الله تعالى ان يعم الامن والسلام في ربوع عراقنا الحبيب.

Statement by the Council of the University of Mosul

The University of Mosul is an educational institution that receives instructions from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and stands at one distance from everyone. There is no way to respond to any other party in the course of its scientific career. It has no association with security and party bodies. It values the sacred sacrifices of our heroic security forces and the heroes the popular mobilization in the liberation of Iraq in general and our beloved City in particular. Our University is a support and a parental patron for all the members of our dear Iraqi society and remains an edifice of science and a guardian for the social fabric for our society. We pray that mercy and eternity be for our righteous martyrs. May God make peace and security prevail throughout our beloved Iraq.
