شهد الفريق أول / محمد زكى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى تنفيذ المرحلة الرئيسية لمشروع مراكز القيادة الإستراتيجى التعبوى التخصصى لإدارة الإشارة بالقوات المسلحة (أمان – 3)

والذى إستمر لعدة أيام فى إطار خطة التدريب الإستراتيجى التعبوى لهيئات وإدارات القوات المسلحة ،

وذلك بحضور قادة الأفرع الرئيسية وعدد من قادة القوات المسلحة .

وألقى اللواء أ ح / بكر محمد البيومى مدير إدارة الإشارة كلمة أكد خلالها على حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على توفير كافة الإمكانيات لإدارة الإشارة لتحقق نظاماً إشارياً حديثاً يعتمد على أحدث الأنظمة المتطورة عالمياً .

وتضمنت المرحلة عرض ملخص الفكرة الإستراتيجية التعبوية وعرض التقارير من مختلف المستويات والتى أظهرت مدى الجاهزية والإستعداد القتالى العالى لكافة هيئات القيادة المشاركة بالمشروع .

ونقل القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى تحيات وتقدير السيد الرئيس / عبدالفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة لرجال إدارة الإشارة ،

مؤكداً حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على الإهتمام بالتحديث والتطوير لمنظومة التأمين الفنى والإدارى للنظم والمعدات الإشارية داخل القوات المسلحة لمواكبة التقدم المستمر فى مجال تكنولوجيا الإتصال ونقل المعلومات .

كما ناقش عدداً من القادة المشاركين بالمشروع فى أسلوب إداراتهم للمواقف الطارئة ،

وأشاد بالقرارات المتخذة من القادة على كافة المستويات ، مشيراً إلى أن المنظومة الإشارية المتطورة تعد أحد الركائز الرئيسية لنجاح منظومة العمل بالقوات المسلحة ودعم كفاءتها القتالية .

وكان الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة قد شهد مراحل المشروع عبر تقنية ” الفيديو كونفرانس ” والتى تم خلالها عرض التقارير والقرارات لكافة العناصر التخصصية المشاركة فى المشروع أثناء مختلف مراحل العمليات .

كما ناقش عدد من المشاركين بالمشروع فى تنفيذ مهامهم ، كذلك الأسلوب الأمثل لمواجهة المواقف الطارئة للتأكد من مدى قدرتهم على إتخاذ القرار العلمى المدروس أثنـاء إدارة العمليات ، مشيراً إلى أهمية المحافظة على أعلى درجات الجاهزية للمنظومة الإشارية بالقوات المسلحة بما يسهم فى تعظيم الإستفادة من منظومة التحديث والتطوير التى تتم بكافة الأسلحة والتخصصات بالقوات المسلحة .

General Mohammed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, witnesses the implementation of the main phase of the specialized strategic operational command centers project for the Signal Department of the Armed Forces (Aman-3) that lasts for several days within the framework of the strategic operational training plan of the bodies and departments of the Armed Forces in the attendance of the commanders of the main services and a number of the Armed Forces Commanders.

Major General/ Bakr Mohammed Baioumi, the Director of the Signal Department, delivered a speech in which he emphasized on the keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces to provide all capabilities to the Signal Department for achieving modern signal system based on the latest worldwide advanced systems.

The phase included a brief of the operational strategic idea and presenting the reports from various levels that showed the extent of the high combat readiness of all leadership command bodies participating in the project.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, conveyed the greetings and appreciation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the men of the Signal Department stressing the keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces to the modernization and development of the technical and administrative security system for signal systems and equipment at the Armed Forces to keep pace with the continuous progress in the field of communication technology and information transfer.

He also discussed with a number of leaders, participating in the project, their management of emergency situations, and praised the decisions taken by commanders at all levels, noting that the advanced signal system is one of the main pillars of the success of the work system in the Armed Forces and support its combat efficiency.

Lieutenant-General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, witnessed the project’s stages through the “video conference technology “, during which reports and decisions were presented to all the specialized elements participating in the project during the various stages of operations.

He also discussed with a number of project participants the implementation of their tasks, as well as the best way to confront emergency situations to ensure their ability to take the considered scientific decision during operations management, noting the importance of maintaining the highest levels of readiness of the signal system in the Armed Forces, which contributes in maximizing the benefit of the modernization and development system carried out in all branches and specializations in the Armed Forces.
