General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, witnessed the main research of the Department of Morale Affairs of the Armed Forces, entitled “Improvement and Development of the Military Personality within the Military Community in the light of Current Changes and Challenges”, which comes within the framework of the research activities plan of the Armed Forces for the research year 2022 /2023, in the presence of Lieutenant-General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, leaders of the main services, a number of Armed Forces leaders and officers, a number of cadets from military colleges and institutes and strategic experts.
Major General Yasser Abdel Aziz Al-Esrigi, Director of the Department of Morale Affairs, gave a speech in which he thanked the General Command of the Armed Forces for providing all means of support to upgrade the system of morale and psychological work of the Armed Forces, noting that the importance of this research comes in light of the current challenges and changes.
A group of elite military and civilian researchers in the psychological and social sciences took part in the research preparation, which ended up with presenting a number of recommendations and proposals to improve and develop the military personality in line with all changes and challenges.
At the end of the research, General Mohamed Zaki conveyed greetings and appreciation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to attendees, extending thanks to the Department of Morale Affairs and all those responsible for preparing the research.
He also stressed on the keenness of the Armed Forces to make maximum use of the latest science developments in various specialties and sciences to promote the military personality in a way that would enable it to maximize the positive outcomes through societal interaction.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces listened to the opinions and inquiries of the attendees and discussed everything that was on their minds in various local, regional and global issues, praising the true understanding and awareness of all the events and changes taking place and their impact on the Egyptian national security.
