شهد الفريق أول / مـحمد زكى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى تنفيذ المرحلة الرئيسية لمشروع مراكز القيادة التعبوى للجيش الثانى الميدانى والذى استمر لعدة أيام فى إطار خطة التدريبات السنوية لتشكيلات ووحدات القوات المسلحة بحضور الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة وقادة الأفرع الرئيسية وعدد من قادة القوات المسلحة .
وألقى اللواء أ ح / محمد ربيع قائد الجيش الثانى الميدانى كلمة أكد خلالها حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على تقديم كافة أوجه الدعم للجيش الثانى الميدانى للوصول إلى أعلى معدلات الكفاءة والإستعداد القتالى بما يمكنهم من تنفيذ كافة المهام التى توكل إليهم بكفاءة وإقتدار تحت مختلف الظروف .
بدأت المرحلة الرئيسية بعرض ملخص الفكرة التعبوية وعرض القرارات المتخذة من القادة أثناء إدارة المشروع ، وناقش الفريق أول / محمد زكى عدداً من القادة والضباط المشاركين بالمشروع فى أسلوب تنفيذهم لمهامهم ، وكيفية إتخاذهم القرارات لمواجهة المتغيرات المفاجئة أثناء إدارة العمليات ، مشيداً بالمستوى الراقى لكافة العناصر المنفذة للمشروع ، مما يعكس الإستعداد القتالى العالى والتدريب المتميز والإحترافية فى تنفيذ المهام .
وكان الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة قد شهد إحدى مراحل المشروع التى تضمنت عرض التقارير والقرارات المنفذة من مختلف المستويات ، وإجراءات تنظيم التعاون والتنسيق بين كافة التشكيلات والوحدات أثناء مراحل إدارة العمليات ، كما قام بفرض عدداً من المواقف التكتيكية المفاجئة للتأكد من قدرة كافة العناصر المشاركة بالمشروع على إتخاذ القرار السليم أثنـاء سير العمليات .
وفى سياق متصل إلتقى الفريق أول / محمد زكى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى عدداً من مقاتلى الجيش الثانى الميدانى حيث نقل لهم تحيات وتقدير الرئيس / عبدالفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة وإعتزازه بالجهد الذى يبذلونه لتنفيذ كافة المهام التى توكل إليهم ، وأثنى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة على الدور الوطنى الذي يبذله رجال الجيش الثانى الميدانى في حماية الوطن وصون مقدراته ، مشيداً بدور أبناء سيناء الشرفاء فى المشاركة مع القوات المسلحة والشرطة فى إستعادة الأمن والإستقرار والتنمية إلى شبه جزيرة سيناء .
وأدار الفريق أول / محمد زكى حواراً مع رجال الجيش الثانى الميدانى إستمع فيه لآرائهم وإستفساراتهم وناقشهم فى كل ما يدور بأذهانهم حول مختلف المجالات ، معرباً عن سعادته لما لمسه من وعى وفهم صحيح لمتطلبات المرحلة ، فضلاً عن الروح المعنوية العالية لدى أبطال الجيش الثانى الميدانى .

General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production, attended the implementation of the main phase of the tactical command post exercise for the Second Field Army, lasted for several days, within the framework of the annual training plan for formations and units of the Armed Forces, in the presence of Lieutenant General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, commanders of the main components, and a number of commanders of the Armed Forces.
Major General Mohamed Rabie, Commander of the Second Field Army, delivered a speech in which he stressed the keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces to provide all aspects of support to the Second Field Army, to reach the highest levels of efficiency and combat readiness, and to enable them to carry out all the entrusted tasks efficiently and competently under various circumstances.
The main phase began by presenting a summary of the mobilization concept and displaying the decisions taken by the commanders during the management of the project. General Mohamed Zaki discussed a number of commanders and officers, participating in the project, in the way they carry out their tasks, and how they make decisions to deal with emergency situations during the management of operations. Also, he praised the high level of all the elements implementing the project. This reflects the high combat readiness, distinguished training, and professionalism in carrying out tasks.
Lieutenant General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, attended one of the exercise’s stages, which included presenting reports and decisions implemented at various levels, and procedures for organizing cooperation and coordination between all formations and units during the stages of operations management. He also imposed a number of emergency tactical situations to ensure the ability of all the elements participating in the project to make the right decisions during the course of operations.
In a related context, General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, met with a number of the Second Field Army personnel, where he conveyed the greetings and appreciation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and his pride in the effort they are making to carry out all the entrusted tasks. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces praised the national role played by the personnel of the Second Field Army in protecting the homeland and preserving its capabilities. He also praised the role of the honorable sons of Sinai in participating with the Armed Forces and the police in restoring security, stability and development to the Sinai Peninsula.
Moreover, General Mohamed Zaki conducted a dialogue with the personnel of the Second Field Army, in which he listened to their opinions, inquiries and discussed with them various topics in different fields. He expressed his satisfaction at the awareness and the right understanding of the requirements of the current phase, as well as the high morale of the heroes of the Second Field Army.
