د. الخشت: لجان التحكيم ضمت نخبة من كبار الأساتذة استنادا إلى معاييرعلمية وارتباطها بخط التنمية المستدامة كجامعة من الجيل الخامس

د. محمود السعيد: الفائزون بالجوائز ينتمون إلى مختلف التخصصات العلمية مما يؤكد اتساع رؤية الجامعة البحثية والأكاديمية وفق رؤيتها واستراتيجيتها ومواكبة رؤية مصر 2030

اعتمدت جامعة القاهرة برئاسة الدكتور محمد الخشت، أسماء الفائزين بجوائز الجامعة لعام 2023 بأنواعها: التميز العلمي، والتقديرية، ونجيب محفوظ للابداع الفكري والأدبي، والتفوق العلمي، والتشجيعية، حيث فاز بالجوائز 36 عالمًا وباحثًا من مختلف القطاعات الأكاديمية بها جائزة واحدة مناصفة.

وقال الدكتور محمد الخشت، إن لجان التحكيم تكونت من كبار الأساتذة من الجامعات المصرية، مشيرًا إلى أنه تم تطوير معايير جوائز الجامعة لتواكب التغيرات العالمية في البحث العلمي، منها استحداث عدد من المعايير الجديدة مثل الحداثة والنوعية فيما يتعلق بالبحث العلمي، وارتباط الأبحاث العلمية بخطط التنمية المستدامة، وذلك كجامعة من جامعات الجيل الخامس.

ومن جانبه قال الدكتور محمود السعيد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشؤون الدراسات العليا والبحوث، إن علماء الجامعة الفائزين بالجوائز ينتمون إلى مختلف التخصصات العلمية مما يؤكد اتساع دوائر الاهتمامات البحثية والأكاديمية وتطبيق اتجاه التخصصات المتعددة والبينية، فى ضوء رؤية الجامعة واستراتيجيتها وبما يتوافق ورؤية مصر 2030.

وفي جوائز التميز، وعددها جائزة واحدة لكل مجال، فازت الدكتورة ليلي محمد عبد المجيد ابراهيم بكلية الإعلام في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية، والدكتور عيد حسن عبد الرحمن ضحا بكلية العلوم في مجال العلوم الأساسية، والدكتور مجدي عبد الحميد عبد العزيز محمود بكلية الطب في مجال العلوم الطبية والصيدلية، والدكتور أحمد محمود مصطفي أبو العنين بكلية الزراعة في مجال العلوم البينية ومتعددة التخصصات وعلوم المستقبل.

وفي جوائز الجامعة التقديرية وعددها جائزة واحدة في كل مجال، فاز الدكتور جمال عبد السميع مصطفي الشاذلي بكلية الآداب في مجال العلوم الإنسانية والتربوية، والدكتورة عبير عبد الرحمن محروس عبد الرحمن بكلية التجارة في مجال العلوم الإجتماعية، والدكتور عصام عبد الحميد عبد الستار مصطفي بكلية الصيدلة في مجال العلوم الطبية والصيدلية، والدكتور صبحي محمد محسن علي بكلية الزراعة في مجال العلوم التكنولوجية المتقدمة.

وبالنسبة لجوائز الجامعة للتفوق العلمي، وعددها جائزة واحدة لكل مجال، فاز الدكتور محمد محمد محمود عبد اللطيف بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية في مجال العلوم الإنسانية والتربوية، والدكتور محمد إبراهيم محمد سيد خطاب بكلية الآداب في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية، والدكتور أحمد محمد عبد الستار عبد السلام بكلية الهندسة في مجال العلوم الهندسية، والدكتورة نهى فوزي حامد عبد القادر بكلية الصيدلة في مجال العلوم الطبية والصيدلة، والدكتور علي وجدي محمد عبد الحميد بكلية الدراسات العليا للبحوث الاحصائية في مجال العلوم البينية ومتعددة التخصصات وعلوم المستقبل.

وفي جوائز الجامعة التشجيعية، فاز الدكتور مصطفي عرابي عزب محمود بكلية الدارسات العليا للتربية في مجال العلوم الإنسانية والتربوية، وفي مجال العلوم الفيزيائية فازت كل من الدكتورة نهي محمد سيد محمد عاشور والدكتورة آلاء ممدوح عبد الله الجوهري بكلية العلوم، وفي مجال العلوم الجيولوجية فاز بها الدكتور محمود الحسين محمد كامل يوسف النويشي بكلية العلوم، وفي مجال العلوم الكيميائية فاز كلا من الدكتورة صفاء سعيد محمود حسن والدكتور محمود أحمد عادل خليل احمد حفناوي بكلية العلوم، وفي مجال العلوم البيولوجية فازت كلا من الدكتورة مي أبو وردة محمد أحمد بكلية الطب البيطري والدكتورة سماء سمير إبراهيم مسلم قمر بكلية الطب والدكتورة أميرة صلاح الدين يوسف إسماعيل بالمعهد القومي للأورام، وفي مجال العلوم الزراعية فاز كلا من الدكتور هاني سمير محمد محمد سيد بكلية الطب البيطري والدكتور عماد عبد الحميد عبد الدايم سيد بكلية الزراعة والدكتور حمدي عبد الشافي عبد ربه حنفي بكلية الزراعة والدكتورة نهي يوسف محمد محمد مناصفة مع الدكتورة نهال أبو الكرامات يونس محمد بكلية الطب البيطري، وفي مجال العلوم الطبية فاز كلا من الدكتور محمود محمد عاصم الفقي بكلية الطب والدكتورة رباب السيد السيد الهواري بكلية الطب والدكتورة مريم حسن عبد المنعم هيكل بكلية الصيدلة والدكتور أحمد سمير عبد الحميد عبد الحفيظ بالمعهد القومي للأورام، وفي مجال العلوم الهندسية فاز كلا من الدكتورة دينا أحمد عاطف عبد الرحمن سعد بكلية الهندسة، والدكتورة سمر رضا السيد علي بالمعهد القومي لعلوم الليزر، والدكتور شريف فتحي أحمد مهنا بكلية الهندسة والدكتورة رانيا محمد عبد العظيم السيد الخولي بالمعهد القومي لعلوم الليزر.

وفازت بجائزة نجيب محفوظ للإبداع الفكري والأدبي، الدكتورة حورية توفيق مجاهد بكلية الاقتصاد والعلوم السياسية.

‏36 professors at Cairo University win the CU Award for Excellence, the CU Order of Merit, the Naguib Mahfouz medal, the CU Award for Excellence, and the CU Encouragement Award.

‏Dr. Mohamed Othman Elkhosht: The juries included an elite group of senior professors selected on the basis of their scientific merit and their connection to the path of sustainable development as a fifth-generation university.

‏Dr. Mahmoud Al-Saeed: The award winners are affiliated with various scientific disciplines, which confirms the breadth of CU’s research and academic vision in accordance with its vision and strategy and keeping pace with Egypt’s Vision 2030.

‏Cairo University, headed by Dr. Mohamed Elkhosht, President of the University, has approved the names of the winners of the university’s 2023 awards of all types: the CU Award for Excellence, the CU Order of Merit, the Naguib Mahfouz medal for Intellectual and Literary Creative Effort, the CU Award for Excellence, and the CU Encouragement Award. The awards were won by 36 scientists and researchers from various academic sectors, including one award divided between two recipients.

‏Dr. Elkhosht said that the arbitration committees were made up of senior professors from Egyptian universities, noting that the university’s award criteria were developed to keep pace with global changes in scientific research, including the introduction of a number of new standards such as modernity and quality with regard to scientific research, and the connection of scientific research with plans for sustainable development plans, CU being a fifth-generation university.

‏For his part, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Saeed, Vice-President of CU for Postgraduate Studies and Research, said that the university’s award-winning scholars belong to various scientific specializations, which confirms the breadth of CU’s research and academic interests and multi- and inter-disciplinarity. This is part of CU’s vision and strategy and is in line with the vision dubbed Egypt 2030.

‏In the CU Award for Excellence, numbering one award for each field, Dr. Laila Muhammad Abdel Majeed Ibrahim of the Faculty of Mass Communication won the award in Social Sciences; Dr. Eid Hassan Abdel Rahman Daha from the Faculty of Sciences won the award in the field of basic sciences; Dr. Magdy Abdel Hamid Abdel Aziz Mahmoud from the Faculty of Medicine was awarded in the field of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences; and Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Mustafa Abu Al-Einein of the Faculty of Agriculture won the award in the field of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary sciences and future sciences.

‏As for the CU Encouragement Awards, numbering one award for each field, Dr. Jamal Abdel Samie Mustafa Al-Shazly from the Faculty of Arts was awarded in the field of Humanities and Pedagogy; Dr. Abeer Abdel Rahman Mahrous Abdel Rahman from the Faculty of Commerce in the field of Social Sciences; Dr. Issam Abdel Hamid Abdel Sattar Mustafa from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences; and Dr. Sobhi Muhammad Mohsen Ali at the Faculty of Agriculture won the award in the field of Advanced Technological Sciences.

‏As for the CU Awards for Scientific Excellence, which number one award for each field, Dr. Muhammad Muhammad Mahmoud Abdel Latif of the College of Graduate Studies in Pedagogy won the award in the field of humanities and educational sciences; Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Muhammad Sayyid Khattab of the Faculty of Arts in the field of social sciences; Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Abdel Sattar Abdel Salam at the Faculty of Engineering in the field of engineering sciences; Dr. Noha Fawzi Hamed Abdel Qader at the College of Pharmacy in the field of medical and pharmaceutical sciences; and Dr. Ali Wagdy Muhammad Abdel Hamid at the College of Graduate Studies for statistical research in the field of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary sciences and future sciences.

‏The CU Encouragement Awards were won by: Dr. Mustafa Orabi Azab Mahmoud of the College of Graduate Studies for Pedaogy in the field of human and educational sciences; both Dr. Noha Muhammad Sayed Muhammad Ashour and Dr. Alaa [f] Mamdouh Abdullah Al-Gohary from the Faculty of Sciences in the field of physics; in the field of geological sciences, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Hussein Muhammad Kamel Youssef Al-Nuwaishi from the Faculty of Sciences; in the field of chemical sciences, Dr. Safaa Saeed Mahmoud Hassan and Dr. Mahmoud Ahmed Adel Khalil Ahmed Hafnawi from in the College of Sciences; in the field of biological sciences, Dr. May Abu Warda Muhammad Ahmed from the College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Samaa Samir Ibrahim Muslim Qamar from the Faculty of Medicine, and Dr. Amira Salah El-Din Youssef Ismail from the National Cancer Institute; in the field of agricultural sciences, Dr. Hani Samir Muhammad Muhammad Sayed from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Imad Abdel Hamid Abdel Dayem Sayed from the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Hamdi Abdel Shafi Abd Rabbo Hanafi from the Faculty of Agriculture, and Dr. Noha Youssef Muhammad Muhammad (shared) with Dr. Nihal Abu Al Karamat Younis Muhammad, both of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. In the field of medical sciences: Dr. Mahmoud Muhammad Assem Al-Feki of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Rabab Al-Sayed Al-Sayed Al-Hawari of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Maryam Hassan Abdel Moneim Heikal of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Ahmed Samir Abdel Hamid Abdel Hafeez of the National Institute of Cancer Sciences. In the field of engineering sciences: Dr. Dina Ahmed Atef Abdel Rahman Saad at the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Samar Reda El-Sayed Ali at the National Institute of Laser Sciences, Dr. Sherif Fathi Ahmed Muhanna at the Faculty of Engineering, and Dr. Rania Mohamed Abdel-Azim El-Sayed El-Khouly at the National Institute of Laser Sciences.

‏The Naguib Mahfouz Award for Intellectual and Literary Creativity was won by Dr. Houria Tawfiq Mujahid of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science.
